Marine Corps vet charged with aggravated assault

Joshua Fourman, 28, of Champaign was arrested on Wednesday afternoon after his wife called 911 when he threatened to shoot her and himself with a .40 caliber pistol. Police responded immediately, and Fourman responded peacefully. He was taken to VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville. Fourman served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is veteran of the Marine Corps. He is being charged with aggravated assault and has a warrant out for his arrest after he failed to appear in court this past Thursday for the above stated incident.
