Heath Baumann, 39, of Arcola, Charleston, and Matoon, was sentenced to five years in prison for aggravated driving under the influence.

Baumann was arrested and charged on March 8, 2011 when he crossed the middle line on Prospect Avenue before making an extremely wide turn onto Marketview Drive and drove onto the curb.  When he was pulled over, an officer performed sobriety tests, and found that his blood-alcohol level was 0.182 percent–more than twice the legal limit.

This is his fourth DUI conviction.
